K&A takes part in the training workshop on «The leading role of the board of directors in the system of corporate governance»

On May 14-15, 2013, К&А Lawyer Ruslan Sulaimanov took part in a training workshop focused on the leading role of boards of directors in the system of corporate governance, organized by the International Finance Corporation.
The collection of educational resources as well as the methodology for the use of such materials for the purpose of preparing and conducting seminars/ trainings for persons interested in improving the system of the corporate governance were presented at the training workshop. Among other issues presented at the workshop were methods of motivation, education and communication with an adult audience (in particular, the members of the board of directors, the management body of a company and etc.) for the effective transmission of information on the improvement of the corporate governance system.
