On 9 September 2014 STRIK Attorneys at Law and Tax Advisors, the Netherlands jointly with Kalikova and Associates organized a workshop on International solutions for Kyrgyzstan. Tax and legal structuring for your business.
The workshop covered issues related to choice of optimal structure of a company in terms of taxation, tools for protection and confidentiality of the companies' assets in Netherlands, export of goods from Kyrgyzstan to the EU countries. Participants of the workshop learned current taxation regimes, forms of legal entity's incorporation in Netherlands and benefits for registration of a company in Netherlands.
The workshop was designed for managers, professionals of economic departments, financial and tax consultants and accountants.
