Kalikova & Associates takes part in activity of the noncommercial partnership «Assistance to development of competition in CIS countries»

On November 25, 2010, the noncommercial partnership «Assistance to development of competition in CIS countries» (Partnership), in which Kalikova & Associates is represented by its Managing Partner Gulnara Kalikova and lawyer Magomed Saaduev, and the Federal Antimonopoly Authority of the Russian Federation on behalf of the International Council on Antimonopoly Policy of CIS countries (ICAP) signed the Cooperation Agreement. The subject of the agreement is to organize cooperation among the parties to build the efficient state policy in the area of protection and development of competition and the efficient practical implementation of the antimonopoly law in CIS countries.
