Kalikova & Associates takes part in seminar on Practical steps toward use of PPP arrangements in Kyrgyz Republic

On August 28, 2014, Kalikova & Associates lawyers Albina Rakhmidinova and Azima Bokoshova took part in the seminar on The practical steps toward the use of the PPP arrangements in the Kyrgyz Republic, organized by the Ministry of Economy of the Kyrgyz Republic with the support from the Asian Development Bank.
The main purpose of the seminar was to inform and raise awareness about the PPP arrangements and practices among government and local self-governance bodies. The issues covered in the seminar also included the PPP legal and institutional frameworks, the Project Development Support Facility tools for financing feasibility study and transactional services under the PPP projects, and the international PPP experience.
The seminar served as a forum on the PPP issues for key stakeholders comprising public authorities, businesses, and international organizations.
