Kalikova & Associates takes part in the workshop of the World Intellectual Property Organization

On April 12 and 13, 2011, Kalikova & Associates lawyers Omurgul Balpanova and Saodat Shakirova took part in the workshop on the issues raised by the Standing Committee on the Law of Patents organized by the World Intellectual Property Organization with support of the State Intellectual Property Service of the KR (Kyrgyzpatent). The participants of the workshop discussed the issues of concern in the field of patent system, patent opposition system, confidential client-attorney relations, technologies transfer. The workshop was attended by the members of the KR Parliament, Government, international patent experts, patent attorneys and inventors.
